I tracked remaining battery on my phone each day before plugging it in to charge. I think what the data shows is that I am less on my phone when concentrated at work, and my concentration drops as I get through the week.
Data was gathered using home assistant. Used grafana to find lowest % each day, moved manually to excel to average it by weekday and find the standard deviation.
