It tracks ‘walk 10’ (indicating 10.000 steps), ‘drink 20’ (indicating drinking 20 dl of water), ‘track’ (tracking a selected health-related measure), ‘meditate 15’ (indicating meditation for 15 min), ‘read 10’ (indicating reading 10 pages of a book), and ‘deep 4’ (indicating 4 hrs of deep, focused work).
