The data shows total time spent on my phone last week (week 10), collected using iphone’s software. The data shows 13 hours and 31 minutes spent on “entertainment”, 3 hours and 11 minutes on “creativity” and 1 hour and 31 minutes on “socials”. In total that equals 23 hours and 41 minutes of screen time. Note that this data may easily misrepresent “actual” screentime. Some of the hours counted are from stopwatch apps to keep track of study time, cooking time, etc. and most of the time spent on “entertainment” is from youtube, which I also use to listen to music. Since youtube requires you to have the app open and the screen on at all times, while listening, this also counts as screentime , meaning that the hours of actual screentime will be less than what is represented by the data.
