The illustration shows to maps of the country of Norway. The one on the left represensts the total number of dialects I encountered growing up, living on the eastern part of Norway close to Oslo. The drawing on the right is showing the amount of dialects I have encountered after starting to study in Bergen, showing from how many varying places my fellow students originate from. The names written in black are the names of the different cities, while in red is the name of the dialect. I choose to write the dialects in norwegian as many of the dialect names do not have a good english translation.
