ChatGPT has taken many professions by a storm in the past year, and mine is no exception. While I mostly use my work account due to data privacy concerns, I also have a presonal account that has become an increasingly helpful tool in my daily life. This image is a word cloud of all my interactions in the past few months, ranging from dinner ideas and comparing medicines, all the way to solving toddler sleep and nutrition issues.
The word cloud created from my interaction data is a derivative work based on my prompts (IP that belongs to me) and ChatGPT’s responses (IP that belongs to OpenAI but is licensed to me for free use). The visualiazation has been created on https://www.wordclouds.com/ platform, which terms and conditions explicitly state that if a user creates an end product using the site’s tools, then the user is free use that product in any way. I therefore own the copyright to my word cloud as an original creative work.
